At Whittaker Mountaineering, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully prepared for your next summit. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange new, unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
